It's cute, ain't it?

I know. I'm awesome. Yeah, okay whatever... but I like it. (and in the event that you can't figure out what the heck I'm talking about, I'm talking about the new appearance and banner of the blog.)

I have about 4 million things to say and I can't remember a dang thing. First of all ... my kids are driving me nuts. Natalie has been clingy and Jonah has turned into a hitting crazy child. I have no idea where those two people came from, but they're not MY children. Where can I get mine back???

My love comes to see me in about 2 1/2 weeks. It seems like just yesterday it was 6 weeks away and I haven't gotten ANYTHING done that I needed/wanted to do and I'm running out of time. Yeah that's me... wait til the last minute to get anything done. Then I'm stressed and I panic. And when I panic, I'm kinda psychotic. I'm just sayin.... I could use some help. lol

I still haven't taken my van to get that third opinion done. I NEED to get it fixed, but do you know how hard it is to haul 2 (or 4 for that matter) kids to a mechanic and explain why you're there and what you need? Yes, I understand when I go in public I look like a crazy person. When I have my niece and nephew and we go out, I ALWAYS get looks. Fat lady, no ring, 4 kids. What!? That's beside the point... lol I'm just saying.. I think I'm afraid of mechanics. I don't know why, don't ask. I'd much rather prefer a male take it in and explain what's going on - I always feel like they take advantage of women because they don't know any better. I know enough about what they're talking about, but not what should be normal. Case in point, the dealership informed me a few months ago that my motor mounts were looking rough. The last time I took it in for an oil change they came in and told me that TWO of them were gone and it would be almost 700 dollars for it to get fixed. First of all dealerships LOOK for something that needs to be "fixed" .. that's one of the ways they make their money. So I had my dad take it to where he thinks I should get it fixed... but they were closed that day. GO FIGURE. (Which is why I'm too afraid to take it on a Saturday now because I'm afraid every time I go over there they'll be closed on a Saturday. Which means now I have to go on Monday. Which sucks.) So then he took it to a place he used to go to a long time ago... and they said it was only ONE motor mount that needed to be replaced... but I don't know if I trust them entirely because it seems their method of testing it wasn't entirely reliable. BUT, they were only going to charge about 128 dollars. Yeah. Markup much? So I want a THIRD opinion.

I was planning on doing a review of the MK nail polish from their fall line..... yeah. All I have to say is - THIS nail tech DOES NOT recommend it. AT ALL. I love MK products... I do. I love the make up, I love the TimeWise products... but their nail polish is TERRIBLE. The bottle is small, the brush/cap is top heavy and it fell off and ruined a shirt and then some. Within 24 hours it was already peeling off. If you're going to pay 8 dollars for some nail polish, I'll sell you a bottle of OPI and it's 100 times better. That's all I'm gonna say about that. Now I need to figure out what I'm going to do a product replacement for on it. Dang it.

So, there's a post full of nothing for ya. lol I'll have more to say later, but for some reason I thought I needed to have some verbal spewage going on over here. My head is running a million miles a minute and I can't quite complete valid thought processes. lol Is it October 14th yet? :)
